 The Up North condo has two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Each room has a queen bed and there is also a futon couch that pulls out into a bed in the living room to accommodate even more people. You have your own private kitchen and dining room which are open to the living room complete with a cozy woodstove. Your kitchen will be stocked with a variety of breakfast foods and beverages for you to eat in the morning either before an early trip on the water or after sleeping in and just enjoying your vacation.
This condo can be accessed through a private entrance from the outside as well as from the main house, whichever you prefer. A gas grill on your private deck is there for your use.
Rate: $180 + 6.5% sales tax.
 The Down South condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two closets and a private bath; a second bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom across the hall; and a futon couch in the living room which can sleep two more people if you’d like to keep your group in one place. Like the (upstairs) apartment, you have all the amenities of home including private full kitchen stocked with breakfast foods, and living area with TV/ VCR/ DVD.
You can reach your condo through a private entrance on the ground level.
Rate: $180 + 6.5% sales tax
